Terroir
The terroir of Penedès is distinguished by its diversity of soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-based terrains, which enhance the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and character.
Winemaking process
After a meticulous selection of grapes, they are gently pressed and fermented. Fermentation takes place in hermetically sealed tanks to retain the natural carbon dioxide, which forms the fine bubbles that characterize this wine.
Appearance
Pale yellow in color, transparent and crystalline, with greenish hues. Fine bubbles rise to the surface, forming a delicate crown.
Aroma
It stands out for its intense fruity aromas, featuring notes of green apple, pear, pineapple, and apricot. Subtle hints of fennel and saline, mineral nuances are also present, influenced by the limestone soil and the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea.
Taste
On the palate, it is fresh and refined, with fruit flavors that blend harmoniously. Its delicate bubbles provide a refreshing sensation, with good body and a long, well-balanced finish.
