Terroir
The Penedès terroir is characterized by its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay soils, which enhance the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripening, resulting in wines with great complexity and personality.
Winemaking process
The grapes are harvested at night, a process that helps maintain their freshness and optimal quality. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique characteristics. Fermented and macerated for two weeks under controlled temperature, the wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels (2 to 3 years old) for 4 months, gaining complexity, spicy notes, and great elegance. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to age for at least 6 months before release, allowing it to refine and achieve a perfect balance of fruit, tannins, and aromatic complexity.

Deep cherry-red color with intense violet hues.
Aroma
With intense aromas reminiscent of red fruits, such as blackberries, blackcurrants, and blueberries. A light toasted touch reveals its oak aging.
Taste
On the palate, this wine is well-balanced, with a good structure and great elegance. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, providing a silky texture. The ripe fruit and spicy notes from the oak are clearly noticeable, with a long and elegant finish, leaving a pleasant and persistent sensation.

This wine pairs perfectly with red meats such as beef tenderloin or roasted lamb, tapas, cured meats like Iberian ham, aged cheeses such as Manchego or Pecorino, and dishes with spiced or mushroom sauces, like beef stew or risotto. It also complements sushi, grilled fish, and roasted vegetables. For dessert, it pairs beautifully with dark chocolate or red fruit tart.
