This is a sustainable project, with labels featuring owls, our allies in organic and biodynamic agriculture. These magnificent creatures help us combat diseases and protect our crops naturally. Since owls are endangered, we have established a collaboration with the World Nation Foundation to support their conservation. This is a project that everyone can be part of, as a portion of the income from each bottle sold goes directly to the preservation of endangered animals.

Terroir
The Penedès terroir is characterized by its diversity of soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clayey soils, which enhances the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines with great complexity and personality.
Winemaking process
The grapes are harvested at night to ensure they arrive fresh at the winery, preserving their most expressive aromas. Each grape variety is vinified separately, with a short maceration of the skins to achieve a soft rosé color and avoid excessive tannin extraction. The blending of the varieties follows, with fermentation at a controlled temperature to maintain freshness and fruity notes.

Wine with a soft rosé color, with bright violet reflections. Its hue resembles pale pink, with moderate intensity that reflects its freshness and youth.
Aroma
Fresh and clean aromas are perceived, with notes of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. Subtle floral hints and a light citrus freshness also stand out, providing great expression and fragrance.
Taste
On the palate, the wine is round, smooth, and elegant, with a silky texture and good volume. The red and black fruit notes merge with subtle spicy and floral hints, adding complexity. Its balanced acidity brings freshness and a long finish, with a sensation of great harmony and smoothness that invites you to keep enjoying it.
