Terroir
The terroir of Penedès is renowned for its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-rich terrain. This diversity allows each grape variety to express its unique character. Winemaking process
The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness and vinified separately. A gentle pressing is performed to obtain the free-run juice, which is then fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve its fruity and floral aromas. After fermentation, the selected varieties are blended and left to rest in stainless steel tanks for several weeks to promote stabilization. Finally, the wine is bottled.
