+7 symbolizes the seven solar exposures of the estate, which play a crucial role in the grape's development. It also reflects the unique process H8of harvesting Garnacha grapes over seven different days, taking advantage of the optimal conditions of each day to achieve the best quality in every cluster.
Garnacha, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
The terroir of Priorat is unique, characterized by its poor, stony soil with a strong presence of licorella, which gives the wines exceptional minerality. This environment, combined with the warm and dry climate, produces intense, structured wines with a depth that reflects the identity of the region.
The harvest is carried out separately for each variety and by hand, following strict ripeness control. After fermenting in stainless steel tanks for 18 days, the wine is blended (coupage) in aging barrels, where it rests for one year, and is then refined in the bottle.
A dark garnet-colored wine with great persistence.
Its aging in oak stands out, combined with fruity aromas that lend it great finesse and complexity.
It is full-bodied and complex, smooth and well-balanced on the palate. The wine is dominated by subtly smoky red fruit notes.

Dishes with intense flavors: grilled beef or herb-roasted lamb chops. It also pairs well with stuffed pasta, such as meat ravioli or mushroom pasta. Aged cheeses like Manchego or Pecorino perfectly complement the wine’s fruity and smoky notes. Game pâté or foie terrine would also make an excellent pairing.
