Terroir
The Penedès terroir is characterized by its diversity of soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-based terrain, which enhances the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.
Winemaking process
The harvest takes place at night to ensure that the grapes arrive fresh at the winery. Then, a cold maceration process is carried out for 24 hours. Next, fermentation begins individually for each grape variety at low temperatures, preserving fresh and fruity aromas. This controlled process ensures a slow and optimal fermentation, enhancing the purest expression of each variety. Once fermentation is complete, the blend is crafted, achieving perfect harmony between the different varieties. After a stabilization process to ensure its quality and stability, the wine is bottled quickly, preserving maximum freshness and delicate nuances that define it as a young and vibrant wine.

Strawberry pink color with red reflections, medium intensity, bright, and with great clarity.
Aroma
This wine stands out for its poppy aroma, extremely fresh and intense, evoking the fragrance of spring at its peak. When swirling the glass, more complex aromas appear, characteristic of the grape varieties, bringing notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry. These aromas are complemented by subtle spicy hints that add an additional dimension, reflecting the uniqueness of the winemaking process and the character of the region. The overall aromatic profile is elegant and persistent.
