Terroir
The terroir of Penedès is characterized by its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-based terrains, which enhance the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.
Winemaking process
After careful selection, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented. Fermentation takes place in hermetically sealed tanks to retain the natural carbon dioxide, which forms the fine bubbles that characterize this sparkling wine. Approximately halfway through fermentation, the process is stopped using cold temperatures, allowing a significant portion of the natural sugars in the must to remain in the wine, providing a naturally smooth texture.

Intense, clean, and fresh, with abundant white flowers, tropical fruit, and light hints of quince.

A very elegant wine with fine and delicate bubbles. It fully expresses the essence of the grape in its purest form.
