RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY — BODEGUES PINORD, S.A.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT
- All cancellations of our activities must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- In the event of cancellation, no refund will be made, but the customer may benefit from a credit for the value of the reservation, valid for a future activity within 3 months of the original date of purchase.
- In the event of modification or change of booking for another activity with a higher value than the initial purchase, the difference must be paid. This new credit will be valid for 6 months after the original date of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS BY BODEGAS PINORD
In the event that the company has to cancel the visit for reasons of force majeure or other justifiable reasons, the customer will be offered, according to their choice:
- A full refund, or
- A credit for the value of the purchase, to be enjoyed within 6 months of the date of purchase.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS
These conditions apply to all bookings for private events, corporate events, celebrations or special activities at Bodegas Pinord.
Cancellations by the customer
- Event cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
- If this period is respected, no refund will be issued, but a credit equal to the value paid, valid for 3 months, will be granted.
- Cancellations communicated less than 7 days ago will not entitle you to a refund or credit, except in cases of duly accredited medical emergency.
- If you want to change the date or type of event, the amounts already paid will be kept as a credit. If the new event has a higher price, the customer will have to pay the difference. The credit associated with the modification will be valid for 6 months.
CANCELLATIONS BY BODEGAS PINORD
If Pinord has to cancel an event for justified reasons or force majeure, the customer will be able to choose between:
- The full reimbursement, or
- A credit for the value of the booking, usable on any activity or event for the following 6 months.
PUNCTUALITY AND NON-ATTENDANCE (NO-SHOW)
- Maximum punctuality is requested. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked start time.
- If the customer arrives late, we will try to incorporate them into the ongoing activity whenever possible and do not interrupt the group dynamic.
- After 15 minutes from the start time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered as a "No-Show". In this case, the right to carry out the activity will be lost and no refund or exchange for credit will be made.
